Pom Queen Scarf

I absolutely ADORE this scarf!! I was doing my usual fashion site surfing and ran across this article on Elle.com. Check it out!

"Friday night and the lights are low. If you're planning on going to a summer formal party make sure to wear an accessory that'll steal the show! Deep rustic hues of orange, a shade of cream, and many small details in between come together to create this dreamy, Russian-inspired woven printed scarf. Look ravishing when you use this scarf as a cover-up to a simple, elegant dress, or as an accent to wrap around your hair. With pom pom trim on either end, that playfully bounces around as you jive, and sways as you slow dance, with this scarf by your side, you'll be sure to have the time of your life!"

The Best Strapless Bras For The Summertime!

So as we all know, summer means strapless. Yay!!!!! But with this kind of weather, it is impossible to even imagine covering your bra straps with even the lightest cardigan. So as a result, the perfect strapless bra is absolutely necessary. But strapless bras are notoriously uncomfortable, so with the help of Elle Magazine, I bring to you the best — and the prettiest — options to wear under just about every kind of top.

1. The Thea Bandeau Bra from Cosabella. Its lace embellishments keep it feminine, but it's boned for serious support.

2. Calvin Klein’s Perfectly Fit Bra is basic, but cute. And the fit lives up to its name.

3. If you favor racerbacks, Free People’s new line of intimates is stocked with racerback bras. The Lace Racerback Bralette is a favorite.

4. Nothing really beats La Perla -- their Strapless Bandeau Bra’s incredibly well made and supportive. The lace back's just a bonus.

5. If support's the last thing you're looking for, and you're more interested in something colorful peeking out from your low cut T by Alex Wang tank, try American Apparel’s Shiny Ruched Front Tube Bra. It may be the only (appropriate) way in which to incorporate lame into your summer wardrobe.

Sneak Peak: DNKY 2011 Resort Collection

"Welcome to the world of the modern party girl!" -Faran Krentcil

I always get excited to see whatever DKNY has to offer in their next collection. Take a peak at their Resort 2011 collection and you'll see why. As you look through the pieces, you'll see re-occurring themes of silkscreen prints, burnout patterns, and roses. And of course, this collection includes must-haves miniskirts, pea coats, and party dresses. This collections hits stores in December and January but until then you can check out some of my favs.

PS. Even though some of these models don't look so happy, I can't wait for this collection to drop!

Target X Harlem

So we were all REALLY excited when Target first launched their designer collaborations back in 2005. Finally, we were able to enjoy the collections of some of our favorite high-end designers at affordable prices.

They called these collections "Go! International" and they picked designers from all over the world, Luella Bartley (London), Tara Jarmon and Paul & Joe (Paris), Proenza Schouler (USA), Behnaz Serafpour (Iran).

Well, now it's all about the Uptown Girls! Their latest collection is called the Harlem Line. Target has collaborated with designers Ruben & Isabel Toledo and Stephen Burrows on some hot and exclusive summer pieces.

Of course, the collection will debut in Target's Harlem store on July 25th. Then, it will make its way to Target's website and select stores on August 1st. Here's a sneak peak of some of the collection inspired by 125th Street.
